Our Story
Grw AI was born from a simple, powerful truth: nothing impacts sales results and individual career trajectories more than personalized, 1:1 coaching. But scaling coaching beyond a handful of reps traditionally meant compromising quality or drowning sales leaders in extra work.
In 2023, sales expert and seasoned entrepreneur Alex McNaughten teamed up with AI specialist and multi-exit entrepreneur Alistair McLeay, along with experienced product leader and data scientist Daniel Ash, to redefine how personalized coaching could be delivered at scale.
